In a thread on the Manhattan board ("Alternative Delis"), MU was trying to locate "a sorta-real sitdown deli restaurant in Lyndhurst, NJ, not far from Meadowlands stadium. I can't remember the name, but it might be something like Oscar's. Mile-high corned beef, an unlimited pickle bar, etc. Prices to match those in Manhattan."
We thought it might be Harold's Deli 3050 Woodbridge Ave., Edison, which has a good reputation.
But MU insists that it's "off Rte 3 in Lyndhurst, with downtown Manhattan in plain view -- nowhere near Edison. Maybe there's more than one location."
on a net search, I found "Corky & Lennys
A traditional Jewish deli has all the New York favorites, from corned beef to gefilte fish. The restaurant is hopping most every night. 27091 Chagrin Blvd. 216-464-3838." (at http://www.freetimes.com/issues/1007/...)
is that the place, MU?
