We're doing an Easter get together tonite and I made a salad with the following: Grilled Chicken,elbow mac, mild cheddar cubes, and cherry tomatoes. For the sauce I mixed jalapeno juice and Crema Mexicana. I divided it all and put jalapeno's in one batch, figured they'd be too hot for the kids. Both batches are incredibly boring. I did the usual salt and pepper but it needs something else. What can I add to make this stand out? I think the Crema Mexicana is just like our heavy cream.
