Connolly of Radius won Best Chef Northeast this past weekend in NYC. He was up against: Rob Evans of Hugo's in Portland, Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier of Arrows in Ogunquit, Micheal Leviton of Lumiere and Marc Orfaly of Pigalle. Was wondering if we could update thoughts about Radius' food in light of his win....(realize there are plenty of older threads). I'm in love with the tuna avocado app, but generally don't go for a sit down dinner.
Have been to all restaurants mentioned with the exception of Hugo's. Not sure if I would have voted the same way the Foundation did since nothing draws me to Radius on a regular basis.
