I will be ordering some Croatian Easter Sausages (Jaludacz or Jaludaz) from Glondos in Cle Elum, but wondered if any had tried them before. If so, can you tell me how you served them? I'm certain Glondos will give me suggestions if I ask, but thought I'd check here. They also have an in-house brined double smoked ham that I may order. Other things I've had here have been outstanding so I have reason to believe these will be good too. I just don't want to order a large ham only to find I should have save spent the money on a Costco spiral cut one. Thank you.
