I bought a small piece of this at Jungle Jim's yesterday (in the Cincy area), without knowing anything about it. Ate some for dinner last night and loved it! It's a farmstead Tallegio-style cheese, nicely salty and creamy, with an earthy, funky smell. I'd never even heard of it (or Jacobs and Brichford) before, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that their farm is only about an hour's drive from my home!
Has anyone else tried this (or any other Jacobs and Brichford cheese)? I am definitely now a fan of the Arabella, but haven't tried any of their other products.
