i always find that the fine dining scene in singapore always lack the uber fresh ingredients/vegetables that is really essential in what makes a great restaurant, this also makes me rather hesitant to try the top end fine dining restaurants as they are just playing around with the cooking and not the ingredients.... so im wondering if anyone is interested to go for his carte blanc/omakase .. 300++ for 9 courses sounds like a good deal considering ippon zuri maguro, wagyu from kagoshima... etc..
actually i visited jaan for lunch before(andre chiang), but found it rather ordinary(what i mentioned above).. the lunch menu..so i am rather curious to know how will this menu going to change
anyone interested in going , we could arrange a date and see how..
