Itinerary for our honeymoon in SF/Napa. Thoughts?

After researching the area a little and reading tons of posts on CH we have a pretty good idea of what we'd like to visit while we're on our honeymoon. Please give us any opinions/advice on not only the places we've picked, but on ones we may be missing out on. Our goal with these restaurants and activities is to focus on delicious, fun, and interesting places that are different from what we can find in South Florida.

Honeymoon Itinerary

Land at noon, get luggage, and check in and get settled. Hopefully done by 2pm

Activity – Walk around Ferry Bldg Market Place
Dinner – Zuni Café or Gitane
Dessert – Bi Rite Creamery

Breakfast – Boulettes Larder or Hank’s Creekside Restaurant
Activity – Walk the Mission District
Lunch – Flour + Water, Tartine Bakery, or Hog Island Oyster Company
Dinner - Quince, Coi, Gary Danko, Redd, Aziza, Frances or Sons and Daughters (The first choice is Gary Danko, but money may be a factor in our decision)

Lunch – Bistro Sabor
Dinner – Redd Wood

Breakfast - Hotel
Activity – Rent bikes and tour vineyards within the area of bike rental
Lunch - Hopefully eat at the wineries
Dinner – Ad Hoc
After Dinner – 1313 Main?

Breakfast – Hotel
Activity – Visit the wineries we want to see (Choosing 4 between Darioush, Ladera, Caymus,Chimney Rock, Joseph Phelps, Duckhorn, Kuleto)
Lunch – Hopefully eat at the wineries
Dinner – Grace’s table

Breakfast – Hot Air Balloon with breakfast/brunch
Lunch – Gotts Roadside?
Dinner – The French Laundry

Extras – These are places that we're interested in that we may use to replace previous choices
Brunch at Brix
La Tacqueria
Marco Polo Italian Ice Cream
Plow for breakfast
Mustards Grill
Walking around Hayes Valley (Hayes St btw Laguna and Franklin)

Please understand that I haven't yet mapped this out so I'm sure that right now the order that these are in may be counterproductive, but I just want to find the places that we most want to visit and then worry about efficiently routing them later. We're also considering spending one more day in SF instead on Napa, but we're not sure yet. We are somewhat torn on attempting the French Laundry. We have friends that will be able to secure our reservations, but if we were to forgo FL we'd have more money to enjoy some other local places we were interested in (Redd, Gary Danko, Atelier Crenn, etc...). FL has always been sort of a bucket list thing for me, but if it's not worth it than I'd like to know, so if you've been to FL and have an opinion, than we'd appreciate that as well. Also, if you know of anything fun and/or romantic we can do in between eating than that would be great too. Thanks again, it's people like you taking the time to help us that are going to make this an amazing honeymoon for us!
