I need your help again. I have to locate the following ingredients in order to cook a Malaysian Rendang (yes, I know Singapore's Banana Leaf makes a fantastic rendang ----- it's a long story).
FYI -- I tried Ranch 99 on Sepulveda -- not very successful.
I require the following --
-- Kaffir Lime leaves -- preferably fresh (!) but will cope with freeze dried or even dried
-- *fresh* lemongrass stalks
-- Rendang curry paste -- preferably "Indofood" brand, but any kind will do
I expect I need to go to Thai town somewhere, but I honestly don't know where to begin looking. Finding all ingredients at one location would be a bonus!!

p.s. Okay, it's not such a long story. I am compiling/editing a cookbook of several (Australian) family members favourite recipes and my younger sister submitted her killer Beef Rendang. BUT I need to test the recipe (well, everyone's recipes) in order to ensure any one of my (younger) cousins could duplicate these recipes successfully.
Did you know that *all* these ingredients are dead easy to find in Oz supermarkets! *sigh*
