Where in Wash/Balt can one enjoy a substantial, fresh, tasty plateau de fruits de mer? The "Grand Shellfish Selection" at Kinkead's, which I describe in detail on this board (search for "raw bars") is too expensive and too skimpy. They even tout it as an appetizer, which is not a good sign. And it is the most expensive thing on their menu.
