Looking for a good magazine that promotes the "heart healthy" lifestyle. Not vegetarian or diet, just healthy and tasty recipes. I currently get BON APPETIT and GOURMET and have been able to adapt many of the recipes but I'm looking for something a little more specific. We have always eaten well ... fresh ingredients, very little processed foods, whole grains, etc., but I did use bacon, butter, etc. in small doses for added flavor. Any thoughts?
