From downtown L.A. to Santa Monica, is there a butcher that sells great fresh Italian sausage?
I made a kale and sausage pasta yesterday and bought my sausage from Bob's in Santa Monica. It's a step up from Bay Cities and grocery store sausage but in a different league from the fennel sausage at Mozza.
Has anyone found a fresh Italian sausage purveyor that makes a product that approaches that which Mozza serves?
