Would you be interested in a sous vide board?

I sure would be! I think sous vide is gaining popularity, and like the early days of microwave, there are tons and tons of "recipes" out that whose sole value is that you get to crank up your water bath. And then there are some great recipes and ways to do things that really are helpful. Is anyone else interested in exploring sous vide cooking???
