Penzeys site mentions Mass Ave location for Boston store and as we all know, this is one long street.
I emailed them last weekend, asking where on Mass Ave and this is what I got for an answer:
"I do not have the exact address at this time, but did hear that it is in a building previously run as Long John Silvers and I believe more recently a Boston Market. More details will follow as opening will be
The only Boston Market I know about that was located on Mass Ave, was in Arlington Heights 1/2 block from corner of Mass Ave and Park Avenue but I have no idea what was at this location before Boston Market (previously known as Boston Chicken) nor I know if there was ever another Boston Market on some other part of Mass Ave.
There is a small parking lot behind the store plus some parking space on the street. There is also a French deli across the street (Paris Gourmet) run by a brother and sister. I used to go there often when I lived in this neighborhood. According to the owners of L'Alouette in Lexington, the brother used to work for them before he opened his own store. Trader Joe's is down the street (going toward Lexington) about 2 blocks from the intersection.
