Inexpensive Chinese Take-Out for 120 people?

Tall order, I know. My family is feeding about 120 day laborers and their families on Saturday at 11:00 am, and we decided to get a lot of Chinese food (there will be other stuff served but this will constitute most of the food.) I tried ordering six gigantic party platters of food from MVP BBQ To Go on San Gabriel and Valley, their food is pretty good and very inexpensive (with the "buy 5 platters get one free" deal, it would have been under $200 for 6 HUGE trays (2 each) of chow mein, sweet and sour pork and beef and broccoli), but the problem is they can't have the food ready until 11:00 am, and I need the food by 10:15 a.m. at the latest (serving at 11:00 in Malibu). The current plan is to pick up the food Friday and reheat it Saturday morning but I'm stressed about the work involved, my oven not being big enough and that the food won't be very good as essentially leftovers.

So does anyone have any ideas for a Chinese place that (1) does very large take-out orders, (2) will be decent food (need not be great), (3) will be about as inexpensive as MVP would have been and (4) ready on Saturday morning, 10:15-10:30 am at the latest? The event is in Malibu so I'd prefer the Westside but am willing to drive to Chinatown or even SGV if need be, but it would mean the food would need to be ready that much earlier.

Thanks in advance!
