Indonesian ingredients

Hello Chowhounders,

I've recently fallen in love with tempeh (a delicious fermented soybean cake). Seeing as it has been eaten in Indonesia for centuries, I have a feeling that there are many different ways to prepare it using ingredients, like candlenut and laos root, endemic to or popular in Indonesia. Where is a Toronto or Toronto-area store where I can expect to find a variety of "Indonesian" ingredients?
