This time, there were good number of newcomers. The previous vendors that I enjoyed were sorely missed.

Some of the highlights:

Combo plate with chicken satay: chicken satay is superb with succulent meat and smooth peanut sauce. vegetable(green beans, chilli and jullienned chayotte?
) with spicy coconut broth is also good

Gudeg combo: this dish is again delicious-same vendor as before. Stewed jackfruit, melting tender krecek(pig skin) in spicy sauce and chicken in coconut sauce(opor).

Pepes udang: shrimps in chilli spices steamed in banana leaves. The fragrance of the leaves and the spices aroma penetrate the shrimps well. Same vendor as before. Well done.

Lemper: glutinous rice shaped in cylinder form with sweet and spiced chicken inside. One vendor near the entrance had an excellent version beating all the others.

Risoles: folded crepe with ragout filling, the outside sprinkled with bread crumbs. Same vendor as above has great version.

Kue lapis: rice based multilayered cake - green coloured. Good.

Beef Kroket: finely ground beef mixed with bread crumbs, spices and deep fried. The texture is not as fine as I like but pretty good version.

Some of the misses: pork rolls, kue lopis, several versions of the lempers and risoles.
