Well, it looks like the fascist US FDA has struck again. Its bad enough that the imorted jamon serrano and chorizo we get from Spain are not made from Iberian pigs (though thankfully are at least cured in Spain) but now I can't find the lomo (pork loin) I was getting from all the better charcuteries in Manhattan a month again. They've just disappeared from Citarella, Dean DeLuca, Garden of Eden, Jefferson Market. What gives?
