please help me.
i love going out to dinner and the meals i have had at daniel, tabla, gramercy tavern and many others, still bring a smile to my frace. but i was indulging in this treet a bit to much and it was showing when my cloths stopped fitting.
i joined wieght watchers 4 month ago and have lost a bit of wieght, but still have some to go. i have also been depriving myself of my favorite pastime, and would like to begin to go out to eat again.
does anyone have any suggestions of places or meals that i can eat at for low "points", but high satisfaction? i have been eating a lot of sushi and would like to expand a bit. i love fish and seafood which is healthy, but i am worried about what they are cooked in when i eat out.
(weight watchers does not like the term "diet" but it works for the subject line)
