I love Nachos, but recently I've been trying to improve my eating habits. I just made nachos with Tostitos, refried beans, salsa, and farmer's cheese. What can I do to bring the health quotient up? Unfortunately I don't like peppers, and I can't think of other veggies that would go. Also there has to be something better than Tostitos that I can use. So veggie suggestions or homemade/alternative chip recipes would be great. Or even whole new recipes! Thanks!
