I am feeling nostalgic for some hungarian pogasca...
(would it be too much to ask for some that taste like the ones my godmother makes? fluffy, crispy and rich... that one must eat while ignoring the fact that the main ingredient is lard)
and some decent goulash (not that tarted up stuff that tastes like beef stew with paprika thrown in it) and other dishes that I can only pronounce but not spell... anyone know of a good hungarian bakery or restaurant in the bay area?
