Hudson "terroir" ice cream

Saw this in La Presse this morning: ice creams made in Hudson, from local products, sweetened only with maple syrup; no white sugar.

Might be a nice thing to serve to friends from abroad... Many locations in that general area are listed, but also at Marché des saveurs at JTM.
