My husband and I were making some happy hour stops along Sansom (Korean spare rib tacos at Ladder 15, Naked Cowboy oysters at PHL Oyster House, and mudbugs at Chris's Jazz Cafe-- how's that for one block worth of walking?!) and we eventually ended up having a drink at Happy Rooster.
To me, this is one of those places that I've walked by forever. It's a neighborhood landmark... but I never go there. We loved sitting in the open window, having drinks, and people-watching.
How's the food??? The menu looked intriguing... seasonal ingredients, like ramps, and good quality ingredients, like Benton's Bacon.
If I go for dinner/apps, what should I try?
