One of my long-time favorite side dishes at Houston's has been their cooked cauliflower, with curried mustard sauce and chopped cashews on top. I went the other day for lunch with a friend, and they had changed the entire cauliflower dish, and it's AWFUL! Now they use this multi-colored cauliflower - some pieces are green, some orange, and some purple - and they put raisins with it. They call it "heirloom cauliflower," which sounds pretty but it is awful. I told the waitress to tell her chef or manager to bring back the other version. PLEASE!
