Thanks 'hounds! (Yama Sushi Briarcliff)

Many thanks for the Yama Japanese Restaurant tip on Pleasantville Rd in the Chillmark shopping center. I have been in Bcliff 2 months now and appreciate all the tips. This sushi was head and shoulder above any I have had in Westchester, even my recent fave Haiku in Bronxville. I ordered to go:
The Yama roll... a riceless roll with avocado, "crunch" and wrapped in thin tuna strips, unique and delicious.
Then 3 types of sushi: eel, salmon and yellowtail, all top-notch and gorgeously cut and shaped.
Then shrimp shumai, very good.
I was only disappointed there was no miso or anything else, I guess since it was all a la carte it wasn't included but usually when I plop down $33 for lunch to go they throw in some stuff like that.

Also I tried Kiku Sushi in the town of Bcliff, south of this on Pleasantville Rd and it was mediocre.

Yama also was practically empty on a Tuesday at 12:45 and has a nice interior--I recommend it for a casual or a business lunch. YUM!!
