The cafe in Bookshop Santa Cruz, Chocolate, serves the most decadent hot chocolate I've ever had. It's more like warm, drinkable pudding than your regular milk-based cocoa.
I'd like to make it at home for the holidays. Anyone know the secret? Any of you SC HOunds ever had it?
The server divulged that it was basically cocoa, milk, sugar, and tapioca, but I'm not sure how to go about making it. I guess I could find a recipe for pudding and thin it out....?
