Maybe this belongs in the wine forum, but this topic is really more about cooking.
I'm looking for simple hot cream sherry recipes. I found a few online, but they either require another liquor or have egg whites, which I'm not interested in.
What do you think about substituting cream sherry for another hot drink recipe? Like something with brandy or... whatever. What would you recommend.
I have just been giving a gift of a large (very large) bottle of sherry and since the weather is cold, I would like some hot drinks.
