Horrible Hana Sushi Experience

My wife and I went to Hana Sushi last weekend. We will never go back because of the terrible service and butchered sushi.

First, the service. After we arrived, more than 20 minutes passed before the waitress came for our order (we were ready and had our menus/order "form" down in about 5 minutes). Once we had ordered, the sushi took an hour - 60 minutes - to arrive. We could never recall ever waiting anywhere close to 60 minutes for sushi.

Once the sushi finally arrived, the rice or seaweed were "splitting" open on many pieces, revealing the inside. Frankly, I have never seen such poorly crafted sushi. On top of this, we never received our complete order.

Perhaps this is a temporary problem, as the entire restaurant seemed understaffed and unprepared. For their sake, I hope that it is and they get it ironed out soon.

I have never been more tempted to walk out on a restaurant. We didn't, but we will never return to Hana Sushi.

p.s. To say something nice, the salmon sashimi melted in our mouths.
