Hong Kong question

I was just in Hong Kong, and after a dinner at Mak's Noodles on Wellington (which was fine; nothing spectacular), I went for a stroll. I stumbled across an area somewhere between Wellington and Queen's Road that was alley like with a string of outdoor eating places - not fancy, just little tables and stools with outdoor cooking. Given the number of tourists, I'm sure it's something semi-well known, I just couldn't figure out what it was. Any thoughts? The food smelled and looked great!
