Two friends and I have a layover in HK for two meals, which for me means wonton noodle soup and dimsum. Flight gets in at 7pm and staying in TST, so thinking about hitting Mak Man Kee as it is walking distance from hotel and it will be late. The next morning, we plan to ferry to Central and hit Tim Ho Wan in IFC. What time should we go to avoid a very long wait on a Sunday morning? We want to be able to walk around before ferrying back and heading to the airport to catch a 2pm flight.
