Honeymoon Help: Olympic Natl Park/Seattle

Sorry in advance for the long post…

Hi, I’m a Brooklyn chowhound who is going on his honeymoon in late August. My wife and I will be staying on the west side of Olympic National Park for 4 days, and then 3 days at the Ace Hotel in Belltown, Seattle. We’ve never been to the Pacific Northwest, and would love some recs for moderate places to eat, as well as a couple of places to splurge. I think we have some ideas of places to go in Seattle, but the pickins in the Olympic National Park seem to be literally far and few between.

We have a pretty tight budget (I’m still in grad school), but we’d love to have a fun time and get some fantastic chow. If there are places that are expensive, yet worth the cash, we’ll definitely consider them.

The places in Seattle I’ve looked at are:
Kisaku/Shiros/Hana (for sushi)
Matt’s in the Market/Ray’s Boathouse/Salumi (for lunch)
Lark/Flying Fish/Dahlia (for a splurge dinner)

We love all food from all ethnicities (except Thai, I’m deadly allergic to peanuts) and all price points. Some of our favs in new york are: Toqueville, grammercy tavern, fleur de sel, rosewater, saul.

Thanks so much in advance,

Peter
