I'm a complete novice when it comes to the Parisian restaurant scene and was hoping for some guidance from everyone. Simply pointing me in the direction of helpful threads would be much appreciated.
At any rate - I'm most interested in places like Frenchie or Spring that are not on the formal end but still have first rate food. I'm not sure we'll be able to afford 3* places but I'm interested in learning about the cream of the crop of Paris as well. As a reference point, I'm a NYer so I'm eager to learn about the Per Se's and EMP's but I'm more curious about the wd-50's, the momofuku ko's, etc. of Paris.
As I've said above - just pointing me to helpful threads would be tremendous.
