Normally, a can of honey roasted peanuts is gone in a few days, leaving me with a tummy ache and wondering why I couldn't stop eating them.
This time, they are kinda meh... not enough sweet, plenty of salt, okay on the peanut taste.
I found cookie and peanut butter recipes, but what else can I do with them? I'm going to chop some up to put on the vanilla ice cream DH made today, and swirl it with a little salted caramel syrup.
But I've got over a pound of honey roasted peanuts here to use. Any ideas?
