Nominations are now open for the December Home Cooking Dish of the Month.
We're still busy braising meats, but it's time to think about next month.
Winter is moving in, things are getting frosty around here. What dish would you like to cook in December. Something for the holidays? Something warm and cozy?
Nominations will be open until November 26th at 11pm Pacific time (2 am on November 27th Eastern time, and 6 am November 27th GMT). Please nominate your dish using ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. (If you discuss the dish elsewhere in the thread, please type it in lower case. This makes it easier to count the dishes in caps, without counting more than one nomination for each person.) Remember that a dish is loosely defined as an ingredient and a method of preparation.
You may nominate more than one dish. The dishes with the most nominations will move on to the voting round, where each person only gets one vote. If you haven't joined us before, feel free to jump in!

I am going to be taking the next three months away from DOTM. I've got a very busy schedule at work, and a big event to plan for, so I just need to clear my plate for a bit. We need someone to guide us through the dishes for January, February, and March. You all know what is involved: posting the nomination thread, counting the nominations, posting the voting thread, and posting the reporting thread. Any takers?
