Hiyashi chuuka (Japanese cold noodle salad)?

Does anyone know of Japanese restaurants in the downtown area that serve this summer dish? It's essentially cold ramen noodles (although most that I have had involved a premium, very chewy noodle) topped with slivers of ham, fried egg, carrot, cabbage and other vegetables with a very sweet/vinegary dipping sauce. Alternatively, can anyone recommend the appropriate noodle to make the dish at home? I used to get this regularly in NYC, but this dish is hard to find in Chicago. I get blank stares when I ask about it.

I found this recipe, which for some reason recommends angel hair pasta, so it might give you a better idea of what I mean.
