HIGH QUALITY & SMALL BOTTLE?

I am new to Belgian, Belgian style and better American microbrews. After some research I have a list of brews to try but so many of these fine brews are in large (for one person) bottles! I did try Orval Trapist Ale tonight for the first time, good stuff in my book, and it was a perfect size 11.2 oz bottle. My favorite so far is Temptation (Batch 003) from Russian River Brewing Co. 12.7 fl. oz. (375 ml.) which is about as big as I can handle. I bought bottles of Saison Foret and Allagash Curieux which were enthusiastically recomended but they are both 750 ml. bottles which are just too large for one person. What should I try that is available in the smaller sizes? I do like spicy, sometimes sour barrel aged full flavored brews! Thanks!
