By health regimen, currently am avoiding most processed and refined flour products. Eating lots of vegetables: fresh, raw, steamed, or sauteed in EV olive oil; beef, chix, fish, all meats in fact, and organic eggs, and beans, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.
Has worked wonders over the past months re energy levels, weight loss, and blood work results....
Wondering about any favorite grocers/ salad bars/ inexpensive dining options -- fresh and unprocessed and relatively inexpensive. I just discovered (am new to the neighborhood) a great organic market that has a little 'cafe' w/o seating, that offers organic sandwiches, good soups, vegetable drinks, wheatgrass, etc, all very cheap! Lex/ 72-73. I still also trek to Whole Foods and I know and enjoy Candle Cafe well.
Any other recs??
