I have a work conference in Tribeca this Tuesday and Wednesday, so, I'll essentially only have two evenings to explore in your amazing city.
I am a bit of a foodie, but have never made my way out to NYC. I'm hoping to try one semi nice dinner (nothing too stuffy), and, considering I'm a HUGE pizza freak, I'd like one of my two dinners to be pizza.
With that said, what are some thoughts on places to eat, things to do, etc, during my short visit? I'm thinking Marc Forgione (my hotel is one block from Forgione) or Momofuku Noodle Bar one night. Thoughts? As for pizza, what are some suggestions, preferably somewhat close?
Also, are there any great bars (I'm into intricate, unique, cocktails) in Tribeca? I'm completely lost on where to go, what to see, where to eat, etc, considering what a short trip this will be, yet I do want to take advantage of my short time there. (i.e. do I waste my time going to Times Square, Empire State Building, etc). Again, I'll have from only 6pm onward for this Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
Thanks in advance!!
