I am a very happy to see this board.
I will also add that I feel so much better since going to a mainly plant based diet about 10 years ago, primarily for health reasons. (I am not a real vegan, as I eat fish about twice a month. Other than that, I qualify.)
I hardly knew what to post for my first message here....So many interesting topics to address and discuss. My new favorite vegan mayonnaise? My favorite blogs and cook book authors? Eating out? Dealing with people who do not get it? Getting enough protein, calcium and B12? Making cashew cheese? Vegan baking? Too many things to think about!
So this first one is just a big vegan howdy from vegan friendly Cambridge, MA where we vegans have lots of places to eat, shop and collect cook books!
