Gross or Good?

Lately something has come over me where I am craving the Beef, Tendon, & Noodle soup offered at any of your fast-food noodle shops. Do you know the one with the red broth, chock full of fatty tendon, gristly meat, garnished with either basil or cilantro & always a wedge of lime? Your only decision is choosing rice stick, egg noodles, or a combo of both. No kidding I've had 2 small bowls this week already & could go for more. Taste especially good because the weather has turned cold & rainy. Must restrain myself. Any other lovers of this soup out there?
