It's stinking hot again today ... supposedly cooling off a bit tomorrow and Friday, then back to stinking hot. (Still, I'm not in Kansas this week, so counting my blessings). So who's got some great witbier available? Cold, crisp, unfiltered, hints of cardamom and citrus but not overpowering.
Brewed onsite would be ideal, but anywhere with some first-quality microbrews on draft is fine too. Failing that, some good imports (No, not Hoegaarden. The *good* stuff.)
