I'm a poor grad student but also a huge foodie. Needless to say, I take restaurant week pretty seriously. Over the last 4.5 years ive covered a good 20-30 restaurants during restaurant weeks and ive learned that some just do it better than others. There are lots of obvious choices on the list ( gramercy tavern, emp, etc) but i feel like ive exhausted these...
Have any of you had wonderful restaurant week experiences at some of the lesser well-known restaurants on the list? or, really horrible experiences for that matter.....

Worst: Tribeca Grill, Zoe
