Great caterers?

Hi--

I'm getting married in San Francisco in January 2005, and we're looking for any good recommendations on caterers. We particularly favor good California-cuisine aestehtic (Chez Panisse-ish, i.e., good, fresh, seasonally apropos, artsy), but we're open to lots of different possibilities. Price does matter--scrimping and saving, we could go up to $50/head. $40 would be more comfortable.
