I ate at Il Buco on Bond Street last night and while they have a changing menu, they had a special using grass fed beef in addition to the other menu items which were either organic/free-range when available.
Everything was wonderful.
Any more suggestions on places that serve with this philosophy in mind?
Also, any good suggestions for great tasting grass fed beef that you've tried from various purveyors? I tried some London Broils from "Violet Hill Farms" who sell at the GreenMarket in Union Square on Wednesdays but truthfully it wasn't as tasty for me as I would have liked.
