The granola makes great snacking -- it's not too sweet and has the perfect balance of oats to nuts. Also, it makes a great addition to dessert -- last night I served it with shake shake vanilla custard and artisanal blackberry preserves that I brought back from Daniel Roses' shop in Paris, Spring Boutique. Though, I do miss having the pates des fruits the day after an EMP dinner.
