where do chowhounds suggest I now satisy the craving for chinese y'all have instilled in me?

Oh, while I'm here I'll admit I'm open to either places with great main courses and/or those places that tend to do a better job with old standard appetizers (or back in the day I sometimes used to consider hangover food (bbq spare ribs, fried dumplings, shrimp lo mein, etc) since few places do both equally well.
