Grand Sichuan Int's dishes

Had dinner on Sat nite at Grand Sichuan (51st locale) and tried some great new dishes. I don't remember reading about any of them on these boards so here they are:

Pork Stomach with Chestnuts - this was very interesting and came in a flavorful brown sauce. Tender pieces of fatty pork meat are delish.

Crispy Fried Eel - another superb dish - on the rich side and I was super stuffed by the time it came out. Can't wait to try this one again.

Crispy tempura prawns - I never would have ordered these but they turned out to be super interesting - The well fried batter was bursting with flavor.

Sauteed green chiles in a black bean sauce - Never saw this one on the menu but it is a superb dish...maybe its a special order?

Anyway, just wanted to share.
