I have reservations at both restaurants for dinner next week, and I'm trying to decide between the two. From what I've read on CH, it sounds like both restaurants emphasize the use of fresh ingredients and solid (but not very creative) cooking.
In terms of our tastes, we actually tend to like more modern/creative cooking (Jean-Georges/EMP) a little better than traditional (Telepan), but since these two places are highly rated we wanted to give the latter style another shot.
If you've been to both restaurants, I'd appreciate your advice on picking between the two. Thanks in advance!
