Thinking of doing a deconstructed cheesecake and need help coming up with a crumbly graham cracker topping I can sprinkle on top as a finish. I want something that will maintain it's crunchiness with a layer of blueberry sauce. I was thinking of just doing the usual by pre baking the crust part with butter and sugar then crumble that up? Any other good ideas you guys can think of?!? Thanks!
