I have a lot of graham crackers in my house (Santa overindulged) and I'd like to use some of them to make a pie crust. But I'm non-dairy. All of the pie recipes I'm finding that use a graham cracker crust are dairy-rich -- cheesecakes, key lime pie, etc. Is there such a thing as an apple pie with a graham cracker crust? Or would it all just fall apart? Thanks for any tips!
