Good Restaurants in Williamsburg

Hello. I'm searching for good restaurants I may have missed.

Restaurants I thought were pretty good: Marlow and sons, the Diner, Dumont (not Dumont Burger on Bedford though), Egg, Mexican food in back of market
"eh"/mediocre: Roebling tea room, Fette Sau, Fornino, Taco chulo. shanghai dumpling place, snacky, relish
sorta crap: Thai on tai, Dokebi, Ginger whatever vegan Asian food, many many more...

Basically, are there any restaurants that are comparable to Marlow and son's amazingly simple, non-buttery, fresh, local ingredients and changing menu? The staff is amazingly snobby as well, but oh well.
